We are seeking a skilled Tile Setter who is not only excellent at laying tile but also capable of contributing to other aspects of our remodeling projects. This role is essential to the success of our remodeling projects, ensuring every bathroom tile is installed to perfection. If you're a tile setter with a great eye for detail, who thrives in a clean, professional environment, and who wants to work on exciting, high-end bathroom projects, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Install a variety of tile types (ceramic, porcelain, natural stone) for bathrooms and related remodeling projects.
• Ensure precise cuts, measurements, and layouts to achieve clean, high-quality tile work.
• Collaborate with the project manager and other trades to maintain smooth workflow on job sites.
• Perform demolition, site preparation, and other tasks as required to ensure project readiness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
• Ensure excellent customer service and professional communication with clients.
• Utilize project management software (JobTread) for clocking in/out, taking photos, and documenting progress.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of tile setting experience, preferably in bathroom remodels or residential projects.
• Familiarity with Schluter waterproofing products and best practice installation methods.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Willingness to assist with other remodeling tasks as needed (drywall, site setup, etc.).
• Maintains clean job sites and presents a positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Basic knowledge of project management software (JobTread) for time tracking and documentation.
• Ability to work well in a small team and collaborate to complete projects efficiently.
• Open to learning new techniques, tools, and methods to ensure top-notch quality.
